Minturn Osborne -Mr. Osborne is founder and President of Power Agent Systems, founded in 2007. He has also served as Chairman of the Board to Agent Arts, which was sold to Microsoft in 2007. Mr. Osborne has built, managed and sold three telecommunications properties in the radio, ISP and Cable sectors including Auburn Cablevision, Inc. (ACI), where, as CEO, he oversaw the sale of that company to Harron Communications. Mr. Osborne and his wife and three children live in Philadelphia.
Mark Waters – Mr. Waters has spent the last twenty five years representing and growing new technology companies in the fields of hardware, software and renewable energy. Mr. Waters began his career as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley. Mr. Waters began working with KPMG Consulting during the Y2K Crisis before joining the ERP development group at Compaq Computer. Mark has represented major corporations and startups in the software and hardware businesses such as SAP America, Invensys, Manugistics and DNA 13 . Mark has lead teams responsible for more than $70 million in sales to the US. Military, Wachovia, Tyco International, New Jersey Gas, York and Lockheed Martin. Mr. Waters currently serves as the COO of IOTATOI and lives with his two children in Philadelphia.
